Developed the complete backend and cloud infrastructure for SpotDrop on Replit and Firebase — covering Firestore architecture for bookings, users, and deals, Stripe payment and subscription integration with webhook-driven flash deal logic, Google Maps geolocation and address autocomplete, Twilio SMS alerts for real-time deal notifications, and role-based access control with strict Firestore security rules.

Build a scalable cloud infrastructure that handles real-time flash deals, live bookings, and location-based routing without breaking under load.
SpotDrop needed a backend that could push flash deals to nearby users instantly, handle concurrent bookings without conflicts, process Stripe subscriptions reliably, and automate the entire notification and booking confirmation flow through Cloud Functions — with Firestore optimised for cost efficiency at scale from day one.

Full booking-to-payment pipeline live — geolocation routing, Stripe webhooks, and automated Cloud Function flows operational across all user roles.
Delivered a production Firebase architecture with indexed Firestore collections handling bookings, users, and deals at scale. Stripe subscription and pay-per-use flows went live with webhook automation. Cloud Functions handled the full notification and booking pipeline autonomously. Firestore security rules enforced role-based access across all collections. Full handoff documentation delivered for the next development team.
