Who This Is

Raj Pathak is a Founding Engineer and consultant operating under rajpathak.co.in, based in London, United Kingdom. I work directly with clients on AI development, automation, full-stack engineering, SEO, and performance marketing. This policy covers every interaction you have with this site and its services.

What Information I Collect

Information you give me directly

When you fill out the contact or project enquiry form, you provide your name, email address, company name (optional), and details about your project. When you log into the client portal (/Studio), you provide your email address to receive a one-time login code. When you make a payment, your transaction is processed by PayPal — I do not see or store your card details.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, standard server and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on page, and referral source. This data is aggregated and never tied to your identity.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies only — for session management and security. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect how the Hub login works.

How I Use Your Information

I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry or project request, send your one-time login code for Hub access, process and record your payment via PayPal, send you project updates or invoices related to work we have agreed on, and improve the site based on how visitors use it.

I do not sell your data. I do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.

Who I Share Data With

Your information is only shared with the following third-party services, strictly to operate this site:

• Resend — used to send transactional emails including OTP login codes and project notifications. Your email address is passed to Resend solely for delivery.
• PayPal— used to process client payments. When you pay via the Hub, you interact directly with PayPal's platform under their own privacy policy. I receive confirmation of payment and your PayPal email — nothing else.
• MongoDB Atlas — your project data, lead form submissions, and Hub account details are stored securely in a MongoDB Atlas database hosted on cloud infrastructure.
• Cloudflare R2— media and project files are stored via Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare's infrastructure is used solely for file storage and delivery.
• Vercel — this site is hosted on Vercel. Basic request logs may be retained by Vercel per their own data retention policy.

None of these providers are permitted to use your data for any purpose other than the service they provide to me.

Data Retention

Lead form submissions are kept for up to 12 months or until you request deletion. Hub account data is retained for the duration of our working relationship plus 12 months. Payment records are retained for 7 years in line with UK financial record-keeping requirements. You can request deletion of any data not subject to a legal retention obligation at any time.

Your Rights (UK GDPR)

If you are based in the UK or European Economic Area, you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, correct any inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to how I process your data, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Security

Your data is protected using industry-standard measures — HTTPS encryption across the entire site, httpOnly cookies for session tokens, signed URLs for file access, and environment-level secrets management. No sensitive payment data passes through my servers.

That said, no system is completely immune. If you have a security concern, contact me directly.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under the age of 16. I do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, I will update the "Last Updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify active Hub users by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
