Liam ran a Shopify print-on-demand store through Printful and was manually tracking orders and emailing customers himself. It was eating time he didn't have. I connected Printful, Shopify and Gmail through Make.com into a single daily workflow that picks up every fulfilled order, finds the right customer, and sends a personal shipping update — every morning at 10:45 AM without him touching anything.

The store was getting orders consistently but the follow-up process was slow and inconsistent. Some customers got updates late, some barely at all. The goal was a system that runs on a fixed daily schedule, catches every fulfilled order from the day, pulls accurate customer details from Shopify, and sends a clean branded email through Gmail — with no room for human error or missed messages.

Every fulfilled order now gets a shipping email the same morning — consistent, personal and fully hands-off since day one.
The automation went live and ran without issues from the first day. Liam stopped spending 20–30 minutes each morning on manual order tracking and email writing. Customers started getting faster, cleaner updates which cut down on "where's my order" messages. The workflow runs every day at the same time and has not missed a single fulfilled order since launch.
