/PayFlow/
1 week. 2 payment gateways. 4 milestones. A complete buyer-to-vendor payment system built without writing a single backend.
The client had an Adalo app with no payment infrastructure. They needed buyers to pay via PayPal or Stripe, vendors to get paid after delivery approval, every transaction logged to Google Sheets, and confirmation emails firing automatically. We built the whole thing in Make.com — 4 milestones, clean handoff at each stage, Loom walkthroughs included.
/Project Goals/
Build a complete three-way payment flow — buyer pays, company holds, vendor gets paid on approval — with zero custom backend code.
The goal was a full payment lifecycle inside a no-code environment. Buyer hits pay, money routes to the company account, Google Sheets logs it, Gmail fires a confirmation. Admin approves delivery, vendor payout triggers via PayPal or Stripe, another email goes out, another row gets logged. Every step automated. No manual work after setup.
/Results/
Both gateways live, all four milestones delivered, full transaction trail in Sheets, and the client can run it without touching a line of code.
PayPal and Stripe buyer payments went live in Adalo with proper success and failure routing. Google Sheets captures every transaction automatically. Gmail notifications fire on payment and payout. Vendor payouts work on both PayPal Payouts API and Stripe Connect. Admin has a single approve button that triggers the full downstream flow. Step-by-step Loom videos and Google Docs delivered at every milestone.
