A production-ready Chrome extension that killed hours of daily manual data entry for real estate investors using InvestorLift.
Real estate investors using InvestorLift were copying property data into Airtable by hand — field by field, listing by listing. Slow, error-prone, and expensive at scale. I developed a Manifest V3 Chrome extension that scrapes every property field automatically, handles async-loaded content, and syncs clean data directly to their Airtable base in one click.

Eliminate manual data entry from the InvestorLift-to-Airtable workflow and deliver a tool reliable enough for daily production use.
The extension needed to handle dynamic page content — property addresses hidden behind AJAX-triggered buttons — without breaking when InvestorLift updated their HTML. It also needed secure credential storage, clean API data formatting, and real-time feedback so users knew exactly what happened after every sync attempt.

Hours of weekly data entry removed. One click replaces a full manual workflow — scrape, normalise, sync, done.
The extension handles the full data flow end to end — DOM scraping with MutationObserver for async content, CSS selector fallbacks for resilience against site changes, and a dedicated AirtableManager class handling all API auth and formatting. Users get instant toast notifications on success or failure. Zero external libraries. Zero manual entry required after install.
