Two parallel workflows that took a wellness org from days of manual data handling to zero — reports land in inboxes seconds after submission.
A well-being organisation was drowning in manual work every time a survey came in. Staff were copying data, building charts, formatting docs, and emailing reports by hand — for hundreds of submissions. I designed and deployed two fully automated pipelines that handle everything from raw form data to a branded PDF in the respondent's inbox, with no human in the loop.

Remove every manual step between a survey submission and a professional report landing in the right inbox — for two completely different survey types.
The org ran two distinct surveys — one needing instant visual feedback for the end user, one needing complex multi-page analytical reports for stakeholders. Both were fully manual. The goal was one system that handled both flows in parallel, with no shared steps, no staff involvement, and no drop in report quality or accuracy.
/Results/
100% of manual admin eliminated. FAW feedback delivery dropped from days to under 10 seconds per submission.
Both workflows went live handling real submissions from day one. The FAW pipeline delivers a branded PDF with dynamic charts to respondents within seconds of form submit. The Organisational Flourishing pipeline processes complex VLOOKUP-driven calculations, generates a multi-page Google Doc, converts it to PDF, archives it in Drive, and emails the stakeholder — all without anyone touching a keyboard. Zero errors. Scales to any volume.
