The client ran a healthcare lens store on WooCommerce that had outgrown what the platform could handle. They needed a cleaner, faster setup with features their team actually controlled. I moved everything across to Shopify — products, customers, orders, SEO — then developed the custom logic that made their business run properly on the new stack.

Migrate without losing a single order, customer or ranking — then make the store do things WooCommerce never could.
The store needed to move without downtime and without data loss. Beyond migration, the client needed prescription updates from the customer side, trial abuse prevention, smart subscription billing cycles, discount code logic for first-time and returning subscribers, and clean integrations with their 3PL, POS, WhatsApp, and Brevo — all in one project scope.

Full store live on Shopify with prescription self-service, abuse-proof trials and automated subscription billing working from day one.
Customers can now update prescription data from their own accounts. Trial orders are protected against repeat use by phone number validation. Subscription billing cycles set automatically based on supply length — 8 weeks for 2-month, 12 weeks for 3-month. Discount logic works across free shipping, first-cycle offers and returning customer codes. 3PL, POS, WhatsApp and multi-language support all connected and live.
